Extraordinarily poor service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have never in my life experienced such ********** service. The incorrect dresser was delivered, after weeks and weeks of waiting, they refused to come and collect it, then said they have no stock of the correct dresser, then suddenly said that they have stock and they would send it from PE, then after another 3 weeks of waiting said that they won't deliver the dresser until the incorrect dresser is collected. I have now requested a full refund for the entire dining room set that I bought, and they inform me that they would first need to collect the furniture, including their incorrect dresser, and then after 14 days, they will refund me. There is no ways I am going to allow this as I will NEVER get my refund. This has been going on since APRIL.
