Expect a long delay for delivery after paying

I bought a table on the Tuesday and paid via EFT (same bank as Cielo). Cielo waited until the next day (Wednesday) to verify payment even though it is the same bank. After this, they specified a 7-21 working day delivery time period. The Cielo warehouse is 5min from my house. They would not let me collect my product and made me pay a R350 delivery fee. Cielo arranged for a courier company to collect my product the following week Monday only (7 days later) from their warehouse. The courier company then takes the product back to their warehouse (30min from my house). The courier company then arranged delivery with me on the Thursday (10 days after I paid for it and was willing to collect it myself from Cielo). I was lucky enough to arrange collection from the Courier company directly on the Monday to avoid the long delay.

The service you receive from Cielo is not very good. They phone you to hound you to buy the product and are very quick to take your money and then... you sit and wait for delivery.
