Hi there, this is ME PAULSE. I resported a faulty bar chair purchased from Cielo and the service response was phenomenal. Within 2 days the faulty chair was logged, followed up, collected and replaced. That is by far the most excellent quick time response I've ever received in retail and I'm happy to send this review in thanking you.
