Exchange of Pedestal from Stoneridge Branch
The interaction I had with Vuyolwethu Mate at customer service was good and she kept me up-to-date with the progress of my issue (exchange) at all times. The staff at the Linbro Park warehouse were also fantastic and went out of their way to assist me and ensure I was satisfied with the exchange of my pedestal. Thank you to Kevin and his team.
