She handled my complaint exceptionally well, ensuring that the agent, Emmerentia, was informed and that my issue was addressed with urgency. Within 24 hours, my item was delivered, and I received regular updates on my order status. While I wish it hadn’t required escalation, what truly matters is how they turned the situation around and treated it with the urgency it deserved.
