Exceptional service from Vuyolwethu Mate Cielo

We had bought a couch and the headrest adjustment was no longer working. I contacted Cielo and no longer had the invoice and receipt. The couch was also out of warranty. Cielo sent the supplier my query and the supplier rep**** with a video of how to fix the adjustment issue which worked and now the headrest works! I received exceptional service, efficient, professional and really went above and beyond. Thanks again to Vuyolwethu again who is the Customer Service Agent from Cielo that assisted me.
