Exceptional service from Sune Nel

I was helped by Sune Nel from customer care to resolve my query. My order was delivered with a missing item in February. However I only noticed this in July. I've been struggling to resolve this matter because of the prolonged lapse of the period between delivery and communication of the missing item. My case was escalated to Sune and from the minute she received the query, she kept me in the loop of what was happening. She really went the extra mile to resolve my query, when I had lost hope.
