Exceptional Service End to End

I recently bought a lounge suite from Cielo, from placing the order to receiving the couches, I had confirmations and regular updates on my order and delivery from the Cielo team. On assembling one of the couches, the leg snapped and broke and within a few days I had a replacement - once again excellent service from the team with regular updates which I appreciated. And incredibly proactive. Made the world of difference and overall a great experience. Thank you to the customer service team!
