Exceptional service
I ordered a table and then saw it was the incorrect size for our space. A number of call center staff assisted us in arranging the swap. When we received the replacement table, the assembly kit was missing and I contacted Tarah Norton for urgent assistance. Not only was she helpful and professional, but she managed to move mountains to get the items to me by the end of Friday, even though the courier had said it was only possible by the following Monday. Thank you for fantastic service Tarah!
