Exceptional service

We purchased a couch from Cielo Brooklyn, but to our disappointment it was not up to the quality expected. I submitted a query through Cielo Brooklyn and the matter was handled by Whitney through customer service. I must say the process is quite cumbersome and frustrating but nonetheless, Whitney was calm, patient and very professional as I did throw a few tantrums but she handled them well and never for a moment made me feel as though I was being ridiculous, which showed me that Cielo places its customer first. To cut the long strong short, the couch was returned back to Cielo and we received a brand new couch that we are extremely happy with! So Whitney, I know we have you to thank for this so thank you very much, we need many more professional customer service personnel such as yourself. Keep up the fantastic work, you rock!
