Exceptional Service after fixing a nightmare a courier service

We ordered a few items from Cielo and after delivery some of the items needed to be returned, since it was not a good fit in our house. We purely wanted to replace the items but could not proceed before the items was collected.

The service we received from the courier company was terrible and after 3 weeks of struggling to get the furniture collected, numerous calls and 4 failed attempts to collect the furniture, we got introduced to Dilshaad Govender, Customer Service Manager from Cielo.

She immediately jumped in and I can't express how thankful I am for the exceptional service we received from Dilshaad. She continuously checked in and made sure that our furniture got collected and replaced in no time!

She is a true asset to Cielo, and I truly hope that Cielo is aware of this great attribute to their company! We could not have done this without her and I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart!
