Excellent service received

I received excellent service from Vuyolwethu Mate, a customer service agent. Vuyolwethu went above and beyond to ensure that my goods were delivered timeously. My goods were damaged during delivery (by a third party delivery company, at no fault of Cielo) and Vuyolwethu made sure that a new order was filled immediately and placed a rush on delivery. I received my goods 4 working days later. I wish all companies cared about their customers happiness as much as Cielo and Vuyolwethu. Thank you for the excellent service.
