Excellent service
I am having trouble with my 2 seater Laurence couch. I tried logging an after sale inquiry online but couldn't manage to. Thanks to the online chat option, I was able to chat to Zeenat Khan who is very professional and informative on processes to follow, Zeenat logged the query on my behalf and this made me feel at ease and I am grateful for their service in how they handled my situation.
I hope and trust all staff is as well trained as Zeenat Khan is. Thank you Zeenat.
