Excellent Service!
I bought some furniture online and was not too happy with 2 leather chairs. The colour didn’t work well and I was worried about the aged look of the leather. Cielo confirmed that the aged look of the leather is indeed intentional and not a defect. However, they were more than happy to refund or exchange. I requested an exchange. They collected the chairs promptly and delivered my new choice within a few days. Everything went smooth and I’m very happy with the service I got. I have to mention Dino from Customer services too - he handled my problem from A - Z very efficiently and even responded after hours! I’m very satisfied with the customer service I got from Cielo and will be a returning customer. Thanks again!
