Overall I had a great experience with Cielo!

Their customer service was great - they assisted with a refund on an item that had unfortunately sold out. I was very promptly informed about this by Monalisa who assisted with my refund. Monalisa was very helpful and made it a quick and easy process, and I was refunded within a few days.

Additionally, my furniture delivery arrived in under 2 weeks. Even the delivery partners were helpful with scheduling a delivery time and with assisting me to carry the goods up to my apartment.

Lastly, I was highly impressed by the quality of the furniture that I received. The chairs I ordered were exactly as I’d imagined from the pictures on the site, if not better. It really appears that they’ve put great care into ensuring that good quality products leave their warehouse.
