Excellent service at store but Delivery service very bad

The service at stores is excellent, the after service and deliveries are badly handled. No customer service, no follow ups or updates. I had to constantly check and threaten to get my stuff. The warehouse people are very rude. It’s really sad, I’ve spend a lot of money and would not spend more due to bad delivery service
