I ordered a headboard and base bed. While there were delays in receiving my order due to uncontrollable factors by Cielo (port delays) the customer service team kept me informed on a regular basis. Once receiving the order I was very happy with the quality of the product as well as the curtesy of hearing from Cielo after delivery had been made to ensure I was satisfied.
