Excellent service all round
Brilliant service from Clive Moyo at Cielo Design Quarter. Post the delivery, I wanted to exchange an item and the customer service centre was amazing. Pelisa Rqoza picked up my query as the previous advisor was not available. Pelisa went out of her her way to ensure the return and reissue of the new item was a success. All this was done in record time. Pelisa, you are amazing and I am eternally grateful. The warehouse team were also really efficient so a big shout out to Kevin as well. Thanks Cielo team, this was an amazing shopping experience.
