Excellent Service

I have recently purchased some furniture from Cielo. I had seen a few bad reviews on deliveries etc and as a result I was nervous to place the order. I am so glad I decided to go ahead and order from them. The telephonic sales team were outstanding and professional and the customer service team were amazing in helping us sort out what we needed. The best part of our service experience was the Johannesburg warehouse - absolutely outstanding service. I want to thank Zikhona, Monique, Simba and Nozoka from the sales and customer service call centers. From the warehouse a massive thank you to Daniel and his team - Phuti, Johnathan and Riaz who made my day and went above and beyond to ensure that I am happy customer. I will defiantly be buying from Cielo again.
