Excellent product and outstanding customer service

I ordered an electric recliner chair from the store in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria. They were very helpful. The delivery done while I was not at home so a neighbour signed. But when I got home, I saw that a door had been delivered instead of the recliner. I emailed the store in Brooklyn, and their customer service sorted it out very quickly. I am happy with the chair and the quick resolution of the develiry hiccup.
