Excellent Customer Service with a Personal Touch!

Thanks to the determination and professionalism of Dilshaad, the Customer Services Manager for Cielo, drama was averted! She arranged for my new dining room chairs, which were too low for my table, to be collected at very short notice, so that I wouldn’t miss the cut off period, after I returned from my holiday! Thank you Dilshaad, for your personal touch, and for tracking the process, until completion. It’s a relief to deal with someone who can be re**** on to do exactly as promised!
