Excellent Customer Service Renuschka Erasmus
We recently bought a headboard and after receiving it we sent through a request to exchange for a different colour headboard as the colour did not match our pedestals and chest of drawers. Renuschka Erasmus was the customer service agent that responded to our request.
Renuschka made the exchange so effortless and with ongoing contact via e-mail and telephone throughout the process meant we were up to date on what is happening with our replacement headboard. I would like to commend Renuschka for her excellent service.
