Excellent customer service

I had a bad experience in the sense that I received a dented table that was discontinued and couldn’t be replaced. The customer service I received to try and rectify the situation was amazing. I was kept in the loop the whole time and they even made additional plans by offering me a discounted rate on alternative tables. I’m super impressed.
