Excellent customer service and quality furniture
Good day
On 13 January 2023 I visited Cielo Brooklyn, I had a few items I saw on your website and I didn't have the total amount at that time.
Fortunately I was welcomed by a guy by the name of Anthony Swartz, I told him I am eyeing 2 headboards, base, mattress, 4x bar stools and 4x dining chairs but at the time I had only about R6000 on me and I thought buying the stuff was just a dream.
He said to me with the R6000 you have you can put it down as your down payment to secure your items and you can pay off the balance in a period of 3 to 6 months, mind you I wasn't even aware that Cielo has that option.
I started paying off the balance monthly and last Friday (28 July 2023) my order was delivered in good condition, with the correct specifications I gave to Mr. Anthony Swartz, I was doubtful that my order was going to come correctly as he told me that some of the items were going to be manufactured from scratch and he made a lot of comments on my order to the warehouse and he nailed it.
I am already back on the website (Cielo) to check on patio furniture I need and I have already shared my purchase experience and the website link to all my contacts on WhatsApp 😂😂😂, this is because of the quality service I got from one of your sales people (Mr. Swartz), I'll definitely keep going back to Cielo Brooklyn because I know there's a guy who will make it all happen.
