Excellent Customer Service after incomplete product received
What a pleasure to deal with Sune Nel at Customer Service. Unfortunately had a part missing, but I opened my box very long after delivery as I first waited to get the room painted etc. But Sune assisted and made sure I knew what else to check for to sort out my problem in one go. Thanks Sune and Cielo. I do appreciate and look forward to complete my build
