Excellent Customer Service

In this day and age in South Africa we have learnt to accept bad service.<br> <br> But every once in a while, a person and company comes along that surprises people. And this is the case with Maruschka Brown and Cielo Lifestyle. On Monday 9 November, I found their website and a product I was looking for. <br> <br> They offer an online chat support service, questions were quickly answered, I was invoiced and I did the EFT. On Tuesday the order was confirmed and I was notified of delivery 4-5 days after dispatch. On Wednesday 11 November I was sent a tracking number and told 3-4 days.<br> <br> On Thursday I called the courier to check - I was told delivery in Polokwane at 11h00. By 11h00, the courier had come and gone!<br> <br> So to all involved in this, well done, you're all highly recommended!
