Excellent Customer Service

So my sister introduced me to them over a year ago and I have to say. It's absolute love from both sides 😉 So I brought a duck feather duvet inner, I did not know I was allergic, I sneezed from the minute I opened the packaging and emailed them weeks later and honestly didn't expect the beautiful service I received. They allowed me to return the unused feather duck inner for a new normal inner and collected the duck feather inner and delivered the new inner within a space of 5 days. Life's good with Cielo❤️
