Excellent Customer Service
I had a very pleasant experience dealing with the Cielo customer service team to replace an item with a defective mechanism. Collection and replacement was arranged quickly and conveniently and I was kept up to date with the process. The service agent I dealt with was Siphokazi Shumpa who was excellent.
