I had bought a Lincoln Swivel Chair by Cielo through a 3rd Party reseller. The chair that I had bought had a fault which I reported to the 3rd Party through whom I had bought the chair. Within a matter of hours Cielo (Whecho) had assigned my ticket to Renuschka Erasmus who kept me up to date with their company exchange processes. At all times she kept me updated on what needed to be done still on their side. Renuschka really cares about the brand that she represents, the entire process with her was very pleasant, I did not feel frustrated at any moment, she made sure that all timelines were kept from the moment that the chair was reported to the time that a replacement chair was delivered.
