Excellent Client Experience
I was assisted by a friendly, professional and efficient Customer Service Support Consultant on Saturday. I was experiencing an issue with login in on the website. The Consultant responded to my query/escalation on the Chatbot immediately and also secured my purchase so that I would not be disappointed. The whole process was seamless and took only a few minutes to conclude. I'm yet to receive delivery of my purchase but the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you.
