Excellent After-Sales service

We purchased a swing chair through OneDayOnly. The product was in excellent condition, except for one small part that was damaged (probably due to transport). Cielo went above and beyond to replace our product. Not only that, due to the fact that we were away for the holidays, they accommodated us by performing their return a month later, and they kept checking in with us to ensure we're happy, including ensuring that the new product was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be purchasing more Cielo products in the future, simply because of this experience.
