Don’t waste your money on cielo

This is one of the worst companies to deal with. They will, by all means, try not to take accountability for their mistakes. They display the best product in the shop, but deliver something completely different or a defective item. When it comes to delivery, their communication is even worse. Once they have dispatched your product through the courier company, it’s on you to follow up. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a response from the courier company. Cielo doesn’t seem to care that we buy products from them, not from the courier companies.
