DON'T BUY ONLINE - NO AFTER SALES

<p>After 10 months of purchasing 2 expensive double beds and Cielio charging huge delivery costs PER BED, both metal center spines have bent with 1 lady under 65kg sleeping on each bed excluding term breaks. They have no one to send out to come and inspect the circumstances because they have no office in Cape Town. We have to take the beds apart (lots and lots of bolts...we had to pay someone to assemble them in the first place) wrap them in bubble wrap and a courier will collect. We are inconvenienced by the problems in the first place, then we have to be without beds , pay a handyman to take apart , accused of mistreating the beds (because they have never had this complaint before)and we have to re-assemble again when this truthfully is not our fault. We look after our possesions that we are blessed to have. Please post a note if you have problems too.</p>
