DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I received a unit riddled with bora holes. I finally received a refund for the unit but not the delivery fee of R350 as they say the item is not damaged it is natural wood and it is my personal preference why I returned it. They are not budging and have basically ****** R350 of mine. I wish I could attach pictures because would love to know who would accept a unit in the state I received mine. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

08 Jan 2024, 13:42As discussed I am extremely dissatisfied and do not accept that the state in which it was received is classified as customer dissatisfaction and not damaged. The pictures do not show clear borer holes and my unit was absolutely riddled with them. In the item description it should state previously eaten by borer/wood worms!!! Shocking!!
