Do not buy at Cielo if you want after sales service! The worst!

What an absolute waste to buy something at Cielo. After years of buying the cheap stuff that comes in a flat pack, I decided to buy something better this time around. Low and behold, my very expensive table arrived in a flat pack! The table was not aligned and the holes do not align when YOU have to assemble it! After complaining where I clearly stated more than once, I need someone to come and disassemble the table and assemble the new table that eventually arrived, nothing has happened. The only person you can get hold of is the bottom of the line service department representative, which has not returned ONE of my 4 messages that I left her. Emails get rep**** on once a week! This is ridiculous! Is there no one with authority that can contact me! The worst experience I have had in a long time!
