Disgusting service by the Sales Person Karabo!

Disgusting client service from Cielo on William Nicol. I Paid for my couches in full and have been chasing this store to deliver my couches. The Sales Person, Karabo just hung up on me because I am getting frustrated of chasing them??? When I called back he confirmed that he dropped it because I am getting frustrated on him and I don't have the right to be frustrated. What the hell? The attitude is appalling. They did not give me a specific date by which the couches will be delivered, all I wanted was a specific date to plan my movements, besides, I have already paid now they feel they should disrespect me???
