Disgusting service
Cielo Lifestyle furniture, My 76 year old 45 kilo mother purchased a two seater couch from them a year ago and it has already sagged. To get it looked at she needs to package it up and then they will collect it. It will take 3 weeks to assess and only then will they give a recommendation and if they feel its because she sits too much on that seat. It will then be for her own cost to get the couch back and in the meantime she will have to sit on the floor How the hell is this even legal what after sales service is this #win

YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE YOUR DECISION AS WAS PUT IN AN EMAIL TO ME THAT IF SHE SITS ON THE ONE SEAT IT WILL BE SEEN AS WEAR AND TEAR. SHE WEIGHS 40 KILOS AND A CHAIR SHOULD NOT SAG IN LESS THAN A YEAR. IF YOU FIND THAT SHE HAS SAT ON THE SAME SEAT THEN SHE WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COUCH TO BE SENT BACK TO HER. I AM STILL WAITING FOR DILL SHARD TO CALL ME BACK WHEN IS THAT GOING TO HAPPEN.
