DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
APPALLING SERVICE!!!
I placed a significant order with Cielo/Wheco. My delivery was delayed and it finally arrived after 19h00 in the evening in the rain. After unpacking the items I discovered that 2 of the items were damaged. That was 2 weeks ago. I am still WAITING for replacement items and have dealt with 5 or more staff members and still have NO clarity as to when my replacement order will be delivered. I am extremely DISSATISFIED with the service I have received and would like to WARN future customers of CIELO/WHECO.
