Disappointing service

Sadly, very disappointing experience. Items arrive boxed. Clearly no one checks the expensive products before they are sent off. You have to assemble them. Once the product has been ordered, if there are any issues, you have to deal with customer services which takes forever to get a response. I am still waiting for my refund. Would love to continue to support them but cannot do so with the lack of after service.
