Disappointing product & service

Purchased 2 Halo chairs from Strubensvalley store on 30 Mar. Their courier company never delivered as per the notifications. The chair could not be assembled due to the gap between the legs & it's base. The bolts supp**** was too short. Took the item into the store & they couldn't assemble them either. Sent an email to the store on the issue & they raised a ticket. Received an email from customer care that they will collect the items & replace them with new chairs. Eventually received the new ones, same issue with courier company & the product. I had to buy longer bolts. No follow up from the store or customer care. Cielo brands its products as elegant & you definitely pay the price, unfortunately their delivery company, after sales service & customer care were all so UN-ELEGANT & DISAPPOINTING!
