Disappointing

Bought a 2-seater couch from Cielo. Arrived with a cut on one cushion. Cielo did offer to exchange the whole couch or give us a R1700 voucher. It was so traumatic getting the couch inside with the couriers that I didn’t want a repeat of that. And anyone who knows Cielo knows you get nothing really from Cielo for R1700. Would I use them again? No, I wouldn’t unless I had no other alternative.
