Disappointed with quality but service/agent was good

We ordered three barstools, 2 of which were poor quality and had to be returned. I was disappointed that the stools had to first be returned before they would be replaced- this meant the turn around time was quite long. The positive was the agent who kept me informed throughout and was very responsive on mail. Secondly that the replacement chairs are good quality.
