DISAPPOINTED - "FAT SACK"

I bought a very large and expensive "fat sack"from Cielo last year - they use the polystyrine (regrind filling) and obviously it went flat quite quickly - on enquiring from them how I could get more filling - I was first shunted around to various departments (customer service could not help ) then finally quoted a price that is way more than you can buy the filling for online at other places. Comfyzacs (my sister has one) makes similar bags with a unique expandable inner substance which lasts much longer - and offers top up filling at any time FREE OF CHARGE to their customers - would advise people to consider Comfyzacs rather
