Disappointed
Hi I bought 2 pedestals and headboard at cielo on the 8th of june online since I'm trying to coply with lockdown regulations and I phone cielo on the 22nd and I was told my order will be delivered between 23 and 24 june and it didn't come.i phone them 25 june around 10am they said my furniture is being delivered I was shocked to hear that bcoz I'm a stay home wife and there's no delivery that was made the consultant said she will get back to me I'm still waiting.as she is calling the warehouses

I got my order on Friday around 7pm night and I'm devastated on how things turned up. At 1st the delivery guys was not wearing any protective clothing as we are facing corona and they let my husband carry their delivery to the house while the other guy was just sitting in the truck the boxes where so dirty in an unbelievable way.
We open the 1st box of pedestals and it looked very old and as we where assembling the legs they didn't seem to be on the same level and the top of the pedestal has a dent. Moved to the next box of pedestals boom the 1 leg is broken and by the look of things it was placed in a wrapping bag as it was bcoz it was not intact at the other legs. For the shock of my life I've never seen anything dirty as the inside of the wrap it was used.
I don' want to talk about the headboard bcoz you guys treated me like ******* after paying almost R9000 cash.
The headboard smells so bad and in order for me to see the dirtyness I put in my bedroom and the dirt looks very clean.
I wish to say I'm happy but I'm devastated and hurt and I'm ruined at the same time after trusting you with my money and letting your stuff into my house????????????
