Delivery too expensive and no assembly
I paid an untold fortune on an eight seater patio set. I paid MORE FOR DELIVERY than any other furniture store in South Africa, and it was sent in multiple flat packs. It took 8 hours for 2 very competent men to assemble it. The allen key kept breaking and the *****s didn’t always fit perfectly, so they had to resort to a drill. Outrageous! Unacceptable! If I pay R42000 for a suite, I expect it to be delivered to me as an assembled set. Coricraft does that. Home etc does that. Rochester does that. EVERYONE else does that for less than R900! You need to sort out your delivery system. You CAN pre assemble and deliver like EVERY OTHER FURNITURE STORE IN SOUTH AFRICA. You are not IKEA. You are lazy and cutting costs, but believe me, you are losing customers hand over fist because of this ridiculous system. Never again. You’ve just lost another customer…
