Delivery promise not kept
We recently purchased dining chairs from Cielo Stonebridge, and when it was time for delivery, we received an email stating that the chairs were unavailable. We were originally promised that they were in stock and would be delivered within 7–14 days. However, after making the payment, we are now being told that the chairs will only arrive late in February. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

21 Feb 2025, 13:38Cielo called me and promised me that they will deliver our chairs mid February, It is Mid February now and we had to call them to ask for an update and the store told us that the status of our order is "back order" as the chairs are sold out, they said it without care in the world that we will get them only Mid March. Horrible Horrible service from Cielo.
