Delivery Nightmare
I have sent a complaint to the store manager it has been over two months with no response we furnished our house with most of their product and was absolutely disappointed at their delivery timelines were late different courier's all just dumping our new furniture in our garage with ourselves having to carry most of it that a competitor assisted us in carrying their products as they could see the strain we had on moving day I'm completely disappointed it was our first time shopping with them with their exorbitant delivery their service is disgusting

I am truly sorry that you’ve had this experience with your purchase and delivery.
Unfortunately, we make use of third party couriers who provide a door to door delivery service.
They do not assist with the movement of your products.
Should the delivery service provider or any of his employees agree to any of these or other services other than delivering a packaged product to door, this shall be strictly at the risk and cost of the customer.
We would not want to impose any liability on you in case of any damages.
