Delivery let down
Cielio furniture is beautiful and the quality is fantastic. What I do not understand in their business model is why they use second rate delivery companies. We have bought several items over the last few years and the delivery process is shocking everytime. They arrive unannounced, send notice of delivery and don't turn up, on other occasions they send badly written WhatsApp messages at 8pm on a Friday to say they did not deliver but do not know why and promise to deliver on the Monday. Did the goods arrive on tbe promised Monday. No they did not.
