Delays and wrong product

Cielo are generally good and have great quality products but my recent experience has not been great. Firstly, when placing the order I was informed there is stock in the warehouse and that delivery will be within a few days. When following up after a few days I was informed that the stock is still on its way from a warehouse in PE. When I received the products all seemed fine but after a week, I noticed that one of the chairs I bought was a different shade of the sane color and that the paint is starting to peel off. Not a Happy customer
