Delayed delivery, damaged item, table with different length legs

It took nearly a month and several phone calls, emails and website enquiries with both Cielo and their distributor to finally receive my order, only to find that the table had significant damage (the packaging inside was in tatters and the packaged item had clearly been mishandled). Furthermore, two of the table legs were shorter than the others. Judging by the experience thus far, I imagine it will be an arduous process to have this returned so I am logging this complaint in anticipation.
